Activation Requirements

Please select the desired program(s) and complete the corresponding Activation Form on the front or inside of your certificate and return it via certified mail to the address listed on the Activation Form. Include with your Activation Form the deposit amount or activation fee as stated on your certificate in the form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to ETTSI. The issue date on the Activation Form must be completely filled out by the participating sponsor to validate this certificate. All information requested on the Activation Form must be completely filled out, legible, and including your signature and date. A valid email address is required as all travel documents are delivered via email. You have up to 14 days from the issue date to activate your certificate unless stated otherwise on your certificate. Please be sure to check your certificate for the maximum number of days allowed for the Activation Form to reach the activation center. To be eligible for this offer you must be at least 21 years of age, and have a valid major credit card. Recipient may only use one certificate per program per year. Any violation of these Activation Requirements will result in your activation being denied and the certificate becoming null and void.

General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be adjusted to take into consideration changes in worldwide travel conditions. The Terms and Condition listed below are the official Terms and Conditions of the programs offered on this certificate and, if different, supercede the Terms and Conditions printed on your certificate.

Fulfillment Services assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation (including terms and conditions) made in conjunction with this certificate by any person, agent, entity, or distributor other than those in writing contained in this certificate as set out herein and this is the entire agreement and cannot be modified except by a written document signed by the fulfillment company.

  1. All travel must be completed within one year from the date of issuance of this certificate.
  2. Your deposit will be refunded if we cannot confirm your reservation request within the terms and condition of the offer or as otherwise noted in the program specific Terms and Conditions below. Refund requests must be made in writing and may be mailed to: WTA Refunds, P. O. Box 10627, Daytona Beach, FL 32120-0627 or faxed to: 386-271-0232. Your deposit refund will be mailed to you. Please allow up to 60 business days for processing.
  3. This offer is void where prohibited by law or for employees, distributors, sponsors or their families. All federal, state, provincial and local laws apply. Only authorized merchants may issue the certificate. The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, any monetary consideration, resold and cannot be reproduced. This certificate may not be transferred to a third party. This certificate is for promotional use only and is considered void if bartered at anytime or sold to the end user, or if not paid for by the primary issuing merchant or distributor, who purchased direct from the fulfillment company. These certificate programs are independent of each other and can not be used in conjunction with each other. This offer is not valid for group travel and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, certificate, voucher, discount program, or other travel related program.
  4. Fulfillment Services and its vendor partners do not accept responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of personal injury, accident or death, lost, damaged or delay of luggage or other property, delay or inconvenience, denial of boarding privileges by an airline, or customs and immigration of any country, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress, frustration, whether physical or emotional, or any acts of God, or acts of terrorism, or any circumstances beyond its control which may cause the travel arrangements to become unavailable.

Program Terms and Conditions

There are several programs sold under the brand of World Traveler Award. Each program offers a different travel package with specific terms and conditions for the offer. Please confirm the title of your certificate which is listed on the top of the cover page and then scroll to that program name to review the additional terms and conditions that apply to that offer.

Terms and Conditions – Your 5 Day Passage to Fun

  1. This certificate is valid for a 4-night cruise for two adults 21 years of age or older (double occupancy required). Accommodations are for an entry-level outside (porthole window) cabin. Upgrades are available for an additional charge.
  2. Upon receipt of your Activation Form and fee, you will be mailed a Reservation Request Form so you can request your sailing dates. A minimum of 90 days advance notice is required to process your reservation request. You will be asked to select 2 sailing dates at least 45 days apart. It is important that you do not leave for your cruise until you have received written confirmation. All cruises are subject to the fulfillment company's availability and specific cruise allotments. The fulfillment company reserves the right to offer alternate travel dates, ports and destinations when fulfillment company's allotments are full.
  3. Travelers are responsible for port charges, government taxes, reservation processing fees, and service charges starting at a minimum of $249 per person which must be paid upon confirmation of your selected sailing date. Additional charges will apply during peak season and 7 days either side of all State and Federal holidays. Certain departure ports such as New York, Baltimore, Cape Liberty, Seattle, Charleston, Norfolk and Boston as well as certain ships such as Oasis, Dream, Freedom to name a few will incur an additional surcharge.
  4. Cancellation/Change Policy: Once reservations are confirmed all changes or cancellations are subject to a $50.00 service fee in addition to any penalties charged by the cruise line. The service fee is due prior to confirmation of any change request. Should you need to cancel your reservation, written notice must be sent by certified mail.
  5. Cabins for third or fourth persons, when available, must be purchased through fulfillment services at the published brochure rates from specific cruise lines. This offer is a separate offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, certificate, voucher, discount program, or other travel related program.
  6. It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide proper travel identification. All travelers should contact the appropriate government agency to inquire about necessary travel documentation.

Terms and Conditions – Your 8 Day Passage to Fun

  1. This certificate is valid for a 7-night cruise for two adults 21 years of age or older (double occupancy required). Accommodations are for an entry-level outside (porthole window) cabin. Upgrades are available for an additional charge.
  2. Upon receipt of your Activation Form and fee, you will be mailed a Reservation Request Form so you can request your sailing dates. Terms and Conditions – Dream Cruise to Alaska

  1. This certificate is valid for a 7-night Alaska cruise departing from Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC during the months of May through September for two adults 21 years of age or older (double occupancy required). Accommodations are for an interior upper/lower berth or exterior port hole cabin. All cruises are subject to the fulfillment company's availability and specific cruise allotments. Upgrades are available for an additional charge.
  2. Upon receipt of your Activation Form and deposit, you will be mailed a Reservation Request Form so you can request your sailing dates. A minimum of 160 days advance notice is required to process your reservation request. You will be asked to select 2 sailing dates at least 45 days apart. It is important that you do not leave for your cruise until you have received written confirmation. Travelers are responsible for port charges, government taxes, reservation processing fees, and service charges starting at a minimum of $499 per person which must be paid upon confirmation of your selected sailing date. Additional charges will apply during for cruises departing 10 days either side of all State and Federal holidays.
  3. Cancellation/Change Policy: Once reservations are confirmed all changes or cancellations are subject to a $50.00 service fee in addition to any penalties charged by the cruise line. The service fee is due prior to confirmation of any change request. Should you need to cancel your reservation, written notice must be sent by certified mail.
  4. Cabins for third or fourth persons, when available, must be purchased through fulfillment services at the published brochure rates from specific cruise lines. This offer is a separate offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, certificate, voucher, discount program, or other travel related program.

Terms and Conditions – Airfare for Two

  1. Upon receipt of your Activation Form and deposit, you will be emailed a Reservation Request Package with instruction for requesting your dates and destinations. You will have 30 days to review the information, select your departure date and city, and return the original Reservation Request Form for processing.
  2. All bookings are subject to the availability of fulfillment company's allotments. The fulfillment company reserves the right to substitute a different itinerary when allotments are full. All requested travel dates must be 60 day in advance of departure and must depart on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Return flight must be at least 9 days after the departure flight.
  3. You will be responsible for a reservation processing fee of $59 per person plus transportation to and from the airport, taxes, fees and any surcharges. Flights during peak seasons, conventions, and travel 7 days before and after major holidays will incur a surcharge. Your $100 Activation Deposit will be applied to your taxes, and fees. Any additional monies owed must be received within 7 days of receiving your Authorization to Book before we can confirm your airline tickets.
  4. When your reservations are confirmed, the fulfillment company will prepare and mail a written confirmation with your itinerary. Please note that while advance notice is recommended, correspondence is not issued until 15 to 21 days prior to your pickup date. Your tickets will be issued electronically and you are responsible for having the correct documents required for air travel. It is important that you do not make any travel arrangements until you receive your written confirmation.
  5. Cancellation Policy: Failure to return the Authorization to Book and required funds within the allotted time will cause you to forfeit your deposit and your certificate will be cancelled. Confirmed flights are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions – Airfare for Two - Platinum Edition

  1. Upon receipt of your Activation Form and deposit, you will receive a Reservation Request Form with instruction for requesting your dates and destinations. Your Special Bonus Offer Certificates will be mailed to after the completion of your travel.
  2. You will have 30 days to review the information, select your departure date and city, and return the original Reservation Request Form for processing. A reservation request fee of $50 per person is required with your Reservation Request Form and will be applied to your taxes and fees. This payment is non-refundable and must be paid in the form of a money order or cashier's check or the offer will be void.
  3. All bookings are subject to the availability of fulfillment company's allotments and can only be to and from the airport cities listed below. The fulfillment company reserves the right to substitute a different itinerary when allotments are full. All requested travel dates must be 60 day in advance of departure. There is a 3 night minimum and a 30 day maximum stay. Departure dates are available 7 days a week.
  4. You will be responsible for a reservation processing fee of $59 per person plus transportation to and from the airport, taxes, fees and any surcharges. Flights during peak seasons, conventions, and travel 7 days before and after major holidays will incur a surcharge. Any monies owed must be received within 7 days of receiving your authorization to book before we can confirm your airline tickets.

Terms and Conditions – Airfare, Hotel and More!

  1. This offer provides two(2) adults with round trip airfare departing from any major airport in the continental United States  and hotel accommodations for three(3) days and two(2) nights at the listed destination cities in the Wyndham, Marriott or Choice family of hotels. You will be responsible for a processing fee of $75 per person and all other charges in connection with this travel including but not limited to taxes, personal expenditures, gratuities, and transportation to and from hotel. This offer is not valid for group travel; air and hotel must be used together, must be booked through ETTSI, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  2. This offer is not valid on or within 7 days before or after a major holiday. Major holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. All requested travel must depart and return on a Monday or Tuesday only and 60 days advance notice of travel is required. All communications must be made in writing.
  3. Upon receipt of your Activation Form and fee, you will be emailed a Reservation Request Form with instructions for requesting your dates. You must select two dates of travel, with at least 45 days between each departure date. The validation center will make every effort to fulfill your request however; all requests are subject to availability.
  4. Flight schedules, departure airports and hotels are at the discretion of the fulfillment center. Example: Flight departures can be from 3PM to 9PM and return flights could be between 6AM and 1PM. In the event your selected dates are not available, additional dates may be requested.
  5. Once your dates have been confirmed you will receive an email confirmation and bill for your processing fees & taxes. You must sign and remit these fees in the form of a certified check or money order within 7 days or your reservation will be cancelled. Boarding passes and check in documents will be to you within 14 days of departure.
  6. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your request after you submit your dates you will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.  If you cancel your request after your dates have been confirmed you cannot reschedule and you will forfeit your deposit, & fees.
  7. All travelers are responsible for proper identification to board aircrafts. Hotels require the presentation of a major credit card upon check-in. Changes prior to travel must be sent by certified mail and received by the validation center at least 21 days before requested departure date. Cancellations within 21 days of departure are not refundable. Any bonus gifts associated with this offer will be mailed upon the completion of travel.

Terms and Conditions – International Destinations

  1. Upon receipt of your form and deposit, you will be mailed a Reservation Request Form. The Reservation Request Form will allow you to select your travel dates and destination. All requested travel dates must be 60 days in advance of departure and must depart on a Monday or Tuesday. Return flight must be at least 10 days after the departure fight. You must select two departure dates with at least 30 days between each departure date. You must also select at least 2 different destinations (Only one destination per trip).
  2. This offer is not valid on major holidays and a full 7 days before or after a major holiday. Major holidays are: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Ramadan, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Election Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
  3. Once your Reservation Request Form has been received, a travel coordinator will contact you providing email and a direct phone number for contact regarding travel questions and other customer service issues. Your travel coordinator will make every effort to fulfill your request however all requests are subject to availability and allotments. Departure and arrival cities, flight schedules and destinations are at the discretion of the booking agent. In the event your selected dates are not available, additional dates may be requested. Destinations (airfare or hotels) may become available or unavailable at anytime without notice.
  4. Air travel tickets and hotel confirmations will be mailed out within 14 days of departure.
  5. This offer is not valid for group travel and cannot be used in conjunction with other offer, certificate, voucher, discount program, or other travel related program.
  6. This offer covers base airfare and up to 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations at one hotel. All other charges in connection with this travel are the responsibility of the travelers and must be paid in full at the time of booking. These charges include but are not limited to fees, taxes, surcharges, and transportation to and from hotel. Hotels will require the presentation of a major credit card upon check-in.
  7. Refund requests or changes prior to travel must be sent by certified mail and received at least 21 days before confirmed departure date. Refunds are not available if traveler fails to appear for a confirmed reservation. Cancellations within 21 days of departure are not refundable.
  8. All travelers are responsible to contact their government agencies to obtain proper credentials to board aircrafts and to travel abroad.

You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in this contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to Validation Center, P.O. Box 10627, Daytona Beach, FL 32120-0627. No Purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this contract. This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes.
